2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup skim milk
1 egg with shell (throw it in a blender)
1/2 cup carrots, either grated, finely diced, or both
1/4 cup pellets
1 cup cooked brown rice
Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg together. Add in pellets, then carrots, and finally rice. You can add more or less
Bisquick as needed. Dough will be sticky. Drop by teaspoonful onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Can be frozen for longer term storage and defrosted as needed. Makes about 3 dozen small biscuits.
